had a bad running session moments ago. i was kind of worried. ran for less than 5km & i felt my legs are giving way. moreover, i had difficulty catching bits of breathe while running. gosh... what happen? these are probably signs of over-training i guess. mummy once said, "its good to run frequently, but dont over do it! having read the news of athletes or joggers collapsed half-way through the run makes me worry for you!" seems i gotta take her advice & adjust to my training plan now. relay race @ cab next week & standchart half-marathon is 6 weeks away. i wanna take these opportunities to challenge myself & put my name into my books of achievement for 2007. hahas...

 2years ago... to my army frenz, now u noe how "chubby" i was right? haas...
pretty amazing. seeing these past photos & reflecting how my life was before. only knows how to eat, sleep, play! haas... im not trying to "show off" the change in me, but just telling myself how the SAF have trained me to be who i am now! hahas... meanwhile. wanna say. thanks for the fond memories we have shared together. im sorry i cant give you happiness. i believed he will make a much better person than me. catching england against russia later. cheers. ciaoz Labels: best from me, running
