cny holiday mood over

4days of cny holiday over. 6 days of break from work over. its back to work tomorrow. argh. just soo reluctant to get back to work. just got my new year mood engine started. haas. as the atmosphere starts to pick up only on its 2nd day (first day was really bored) wonder if my paternal relative's place the cause of it? or prob the conflicts after my aunt's death last yr the cause of it? it wasnt like this before when aunt was around. little conversation between mum dad & relatives. place was soo cold and quiet. except for the kids' noise. dad only plays mahjong reluctantly after much persuasion from my relatives. disappointing. not even one of her children (whom are my cousins) bother to cook or entertain us. thinking back. aunt will always cook her specialities when we go over her place during new year (aunt i miss your bak kut teh) will we still hav the mood to head down to aunt's place next cny? who are you closer with? dad's or mum's side of relatives? for me. definitely mummy. even daddy loves the company of ah ma, twinty aunts & uncles (his mahjong kakis. haas) what can i ask for when i hav these bunch of relatives celebrating cny not only a day but 3days? 2nd day of cny was at ah ma's place. 3rd day at aunt's place. lastly my place today. with uncle's place next weekend. haas.  my lovely relatives (ah ma & uncle black missing frm this pic)...being a host is not easy. esp during cny. haas. woke up early morning to accompany mummy to market to stock up some stuff. ever wonder why our parents bought soo much food before cny? becoz some of the stalls were closed for cny. from toa payoh market to bedok reservoir market to giant to ntuc. was too shagged to even sit down for a rest (chenchin. this is worst than shopping k! haas) as gotta prepare my place for visiting. thanks bros & spouses for coming! jaz ele jason magdalene jeff & johnbosco. great to catch up with these people. definitely looking forward to our next gathering on tues at jason's place. cheers guys!  catched my first movie for 2008, ah long pte ltd. definitely worth the money for a good laugh. same old typical jack neo movie. its not as bad as the reviews had poorly-rated & comments given. however this movie certainly not as good as his previous movies. never did i catched a movie in the middle of the night in town. haas. was in half-dead state before the movie. much to laughters from the show... managed to gear up a little to send frenz back (thanks xin doreen & sis!)argh. utd is drifting away from the top spot. after losing 2-1 in a derby fight. hopefully blackburn can do us a favour? losing on a tribute match at home is totally disappointing... ... cant get into sleep keep brooding about it yes. im disappointed & sad but its okay you made me realised the depth of affection for you inside mi at times i really want to give up as nothing seems be the way it should be but this is not i want till the day you know how i feel... ...
