will i recover in time for the upcoming marathon? when can i start running again? wrong footing caused me to sprain my ankle during a soccer game yesterday. was feeling good after attending to a sinseh to 'tui' ytd evening. however it got worst when i woke up this morning. swellings and unable to walk from point to point. now im gotta miss camp for the rest of the week. as well as running for next 2-3weeks. lesson learnt? never play too hard as it is just a soccer game. prob i was too 'engrossed' to the game that i lost my footing. haas. mind is soo vexed. why do i wanna cause these unnecessary injuries? was due to see a specialist for consultation on my knee-cap this coming weekend. and i dont feel like going. what if am told to stop running? my pair of legs seem to be soo wobbly that i dont feel like walking. for now i know that ive over-strained my pair of legs. yes i know. im mentally and physically breakdown.
