how dare you guys comment on our standards of english when you guys cant even speak or write simple english? was pretty 'boiled' after watching this video clip. saying singapore's pronounciation of english weird is soo insulting. these people should just listen to theirs or locals' pronounciation of english before criticizing singapore's standards. i can guarantee that our pri sch kids' english are much more better than these freakos. 'thanks' and 'dance' is not close at all. and please do not pronounce 'encles and entices' instead of our 'uncles and aunties'. wonder if these people will ever pass if they sit for our PSLE english papers. haas. question always raise. why do foreign chinese send their children to singapore for education? to learn english! 'prob' these people should send themselves here to learn simple english since theirs are just soo bad and weird...
on day off today to slack away from work (all thanks to wee jr for luring me to take off. haas) head down to tp's biz park for lunch with chenchin. its been 2years i last ate their chicken chop. fav dish back in poly days. haas. time flies. lots of changes. lots of memories. missed the days my group and i rushed for projects. group discussion outside lecture halls. as well as computer labs and library flashed through my mind.
its lunar new year eve tomorrow. its cny concert for my band. its reunion dinner (though ive dinner with family almost everyday. haas)will be rushing to do last min spring cleaning before the clock ticks to midnight. according to custom we are not allowed to sweep or mop the house on first day of lunar new year. most importantly will countdown the new year & welcome the year of rat with family.
