utd goal-less draw with barca ended moments ago. wonders if its a satisfactory result for utd? pretty much an unexciting game after ronaldo's missed spot kick in early minutes. besides plain utd played extremely deficiently throughout the game. anyway fingers crossed for utd in next week's game. cheers!

adidas sundown marathon is a month away. running through the wee hours definitely brings me a total new experience. need not run against the blazing sun. as well as to experience the night breeze along blustery areas such as changi coastal and east coast park which makes the run comfortably cool. haas. running after dusk is not new to me. considering evening is the only time am able to pound the ground after returning from base. am soo excited as ASM will be my first participation in full marathon. which i hope to complete under 5hrs 15mins for the first time. however priority is to achieve better results in my half-marathon this year.

ASM familiarization series 4 will be held at changi this coming saturday. participating runners will pound on the official route for the ASM. looking forward to this sat's evening run with frenz from sgrunners. though i would miss the title-deciding match between utd and chelsea. argh. *frenz pls do not call me if chelsea wins the match!* haas. as i'll certainly break down while running!
