am back running...

heartbeat felt. sweat rolled down through my face. pavement pounded. yesh. i hit the ground for the first time after hiatus for a month. well. its laziness i would say. haas. earlier on. had a half-hr slow jog around my area. its time to wholeheartedly train for my upcoming runs in july and august. with the 10km mizuno wave run in 2weeks.

running schedule has been drafted with effect from today - a half-hr run at least twice on weekdays after work & a long-distance morning run on one of the weekends. am "hopeful" to discipline myself & fulfill this schedule for the next few weeks so as to prepare me for the end-of-year half-marathon.

in fact. i was dragging my pair of hairy.legs to warm the pavement after work today. change into my running gear as soon as i reached home. as lying on the couch in the hall after work is always soo tempting. so what brings me into running after work today? running my life away from eat & sleep! haas

do you know? many great marathoners out there hav successful career within them. many of them are either bosses or 'high fliers' from big companies. keep wondering how they manage to train soo well with most of the time they spent at work. take mp & triathelete teo ser luck for example. he 'die-die' must spend at least half-hr running every weekday and cycle or swim over the weekends.

am a person who needs motivation at times. but who's there to give me the drive?

suddenly... am missing you

cheers.ciaoz
