ace team-building day @ mount faber safra... took down the bowling lanes with colleagues after work yesterday. though the teambuilding was held after work (slightly earlier than our usual knock-off time) it did not deter us from heading down to mount faber safra for our 'monthly get-together session' haas. an evening we put aside our hectic work & bowl our fustrations down the lanes... besides. we also bid farewell to our out-going colleagues may.jie & carol. 2 of our experienced colleagues who has been striving their successes for the past years. carol especially whom her announcement came as a shock to me. as she is one of aspirians whom i worked closely with for all of her launches. even our big.boss is leaving us following week! many changes will evolve for the next few weeks or so. re-structuring. reformation. new duties & responsibilities. colleagues going out. freshies coming in. it would take some time to settle down & move on to greater heights. one key point is the new formation of marketing specialist unit. where myself & the rest of the marketing team will be moving out from worksite marketing & officially transform into a 'stand-alone' unit for our division. there will be more challenges coming up & its inevitable we have to face these changes. was given a period of time to decide my future at ace.
