my first f1 race

as promised. the following photos are some of the shots taken from the f1 singapore grand prix over the past 3days. due to the overwhelming number of photos snapped. am only able to display some of the shots. shall present you... my journey of "an unforgettable night race"

marina bay street circuit. which took only 18months to prepare. is in the books of f1 history.

head down to the street circuit early each day to catch pre-formula one races such as porsche carrera cup asia & the formula bmw pacific. well. more of making the money well-spent i would say after spending soo much on the 3day pass. haas. was kinda alittle sun-burnt from the afternoon blaze but it was worth-while though.

mini f1 cars

official f1 team merchandise. these goodies doesnt come cheap. it costs more than 100bucks for a team mclaren tee (did kind of tempted to buy one of their signature tee)

getting in and out of the circuit was extremely troublesome. and food is essentially important. esp spending more than half-a-day in the circuit. being a noob-bie on its first day. was attracted to the f1 village selling local delicacies. as we 'thought' local delicacies are one of the must-try food in singapore... it turned out to be...

i wont say am being cheated. but i really feel for tourists who hav tasted our "local delights" at the f1 village. imagine these tourists tasting the same delicacies at our neighbourhood coffeeshops or hawker centres? where it can be found soooo much cheaper. am pretty disappointed not be'cos i spent that amount on my duck rice but how it reflects singapore as a justice & equality country.

well. agony aside. let's continue with the photos. haas.

2-time world champion fernando alonso. when he brisked past me after he retires from the qualifying session on saturday. haas. guess he got his luck from me by winning the inaugural singapore grand prix. haas.
