am extremely shagged. after rushing an assignment through the evening. had to rush back to office after a late afternoon appointment to prepare marketing collaterals for next week's 'big' launch. theoritically & mentally. i tend to work & think slower in the evening as my mind is totally switched.off after office hours. haas.

got a shock when i sent my camera to customer care during lunch-time today. as the exterior of the camera has some "paint-fading" due to my itchy hands. haas. was told that i had to pay 60bucks for a replacement to the cover even though the cam is still under warranty. as am unwilling to fork out that amount. i requested the receptionist to counter-check with the mechanics which in the end turned out to be free!

the receptionist was soo confident to charge me 60bucks without having a second thoughts to the clause of the warranty! fortunately under my persistence in not paying that amount. she had no choice but to seek help from the mechanics. haas. conclusion - customer service @ casio is downgradably poor! argh.

activities lined up over the weekends for me & family. a relax vacation to... ... costa sands resort. in other words - a stay @ chalet with bbq & lottas activities. haas. goosh! its been a loooong time since we had a family chalet & i believe the kids (my cousins) will be looking forward to spend their wonderful weekends at the resort. well the only excitment am looking forward is the bbq food prepared by ah ma! haas.

will be collecting my kallang-paya lebar expressway 10km race pack at suntec tomorrow morning. another 10km run am eager to beat my personal best of 55mins 28secs. a race running below ground level.
