new kid on the block...

coming tomorrow. will be welcoming a new neighbour to our estate. she has invited all of us to her warming. doesnt need to prepare any gifts. all we need is to prepare some cash or credit. in an event whn spending is required. haas.

the most anticipated mall in the east - tampines 1. will officially be opened to the public tomorrow. with tampines mall & century square conveniently steps away frm my house. the new mall is only a stone throw away frm my living room. being a 'semi-shopaholic'. its absolutely amazing with this new kid bringing wide variety in retail therapy & more "slack-around-session" @ tampines. for the next couple of months i guess. haas.

touted as "orchard-of-the-east". hope that the new mall is not too identical to tamp mall or century square. besides frm the usual heartland mall brands like g2000 & esprit. kinda cool knowing that there's a couple of new concept outlets that will be introduced into the new mall.

running lab finally has its outlet here. new range of running accessories.shoes.apparels can be "browsed" conveniently. without having to travel to velocity or funan. coffee-slackers will see coffee club competing against starbucks & coffee bean for "coffee-share". mummy will be delighted to see how fresh groceries are at cold storage from ntuc & shop-&-save. haas.

demolish of 2buildings ("ahbeng" pavilion & "once-a-sogo" building if you still remember). and constuction of new mall. residents around this area hav been putting up thick dust & noise pollution for the past 2yrs. finally. this has come to an end. and residents around this area will be looking forward for a total new suburban lifestyle very soon.

but more of excitment that it gotta bring to my estate
with the economic situation nw

this will attract consumers to spend spend spend
