sudden dream of becoming an f1 driver...
an eventful post-exam trip to johor for some go-karting experience with uni mates last weekend. last time behind these mini-wheels was at desaru resort couple of yrs ago. in fact. it wasnt a proper circuit & has no real karting excitment back then. this time. being able to race around a grade circuit was kinda cool. besides. the karts were seem much better grade.
being able to race means there must be a price to pay. thus gotta make use of rm35 per run for 10mins as any mistakes could cause waste of time+money. haas. lost control & ran out of track for my 1st 2runs. argh! but managed to stay on track only the last run. on the whole. it was a worthwhile trip as each of us spent less than s$100 (including transportation & lunch).
do you know? f1 star lewis hamilton from mclaren mercedes becomes the youngest champion in f1 history at age 23. where he begins his racing career as a go-kart driver at the age of 8.
and at age 24. best has a sudden dream of becoming an f1 driver. all thanks to his go-karting experience last week. haas.
